PRODUCTS
To keep your jewelry in the best condition, store it in a cool, dry place. We recommend using our CLÀT jewelry box to prevent exposure to humidity.
While you can shower with our jewelry, exposure to saltwater (even in small amounts) can speed up the fading of the plating. For longer-lasting shine, avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, swimming pools, or the ocean.

While we can’t promise a design will come back in stock, we do restock many of our products. Reach out to support@clat.life with the product you'd like to order and we can give you an estimation of when it'll be back in stock.
Our jewelry is crafted from stainless steel, a strong and scratch-resistant material that maintains its shine and shape even with frequent use. It's also hypoallergenic, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
Our jewelry is coated with a thick layer of 18 karat gold, silver, or enamel over the stainless steel base. Over time, the plated layer may fade, depending on how well the jewelry is cared for.
ORDERS
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Shop Pay: You can also choose to split your purchase into four installments using Shop Pay. Shop Pay Installments powered by Affirm is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest or late fees.

Purchases made on clat.life will typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Please note that you may not see movement right away once you receive your tracking number. Allow 1 to 2 business days for the tracking information to be updated.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
- All returns need to be made within 14 days from delivery date. No exceptions
- All sale (discounted) items are non refundable
- All products purchased during a sale are final without exceptions
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label

We stand behind our work with a lifetime guarantee. If you encounter any defects in materials or workmanship due to a manufacturing issue, we'll replace your item free of charge, as long as it's still available in our inventory.
However, please note that our jewelry is designed to be affordable and versatile, which means it can be prone to discoloration or breakage if not cared for properly. To keep your jewelry in the best condition, always follow our Jewelry Care instructions.
Remember, while our jewelry is beautiful and durable, it's not indestructible. With proper care, your piece should last a long time.
If you experience any manufacturer defects (such as broken parts, incorrect assembly, or discoloration), simply email our customer support team with your order number and a photo of the issue.
